I have done two triathlons in this suit and it has performed flawlessly. The suede is thin enough that I don't notice it while running, but just enough to prevent the worst effects of cycling. Not as comfortable as my super soft cycling shorts, but enough to get through. I love the design and look of the suit, it doesn't rip or chafe (no more than any other suit) and the stitching seems even. hold well. Measurements: I'm not your average triathlete. I'm 5ft 9" and weighed 215lbs in my first race, but I expected to lose weight. I ordered the XL and it was quite snug yet wearable. Not flattering, but then again, I don't wear a spandex suit, so it's not the suit's fault. 😂 After I lost another 10 kg before the second race, it became much more comfortable. I believe it will fit perfectly after losing another 10 pounds.
