Not impressed with customer service. Spend over $160 on umpire plate shoes that don't even last 1/4 of a baseball season. Sending a request to NB to guarantee their work as the left shoe's stitching has come loose for the toe leather and plate guard. Kendra from customer service refuses a warranty claim as the age and condition of the shoes have voided their warranty. This is the third set of shoes I've bought, it was an NB product and the other two sets of shoes have lasted for years. I will not buy another pair of NB shoes from a seller if their customer service team treats their customers like this.
