The sound quality you can get for a coin today is truly impressive and the Blon BL 03 is a prime example of that. I've just started researching the Hi-Fi market and the Blon is the only one I've tried that isn't a hybrid balanced armature dynamic driver design, but rather a dynamic driver with a single carbon nanotube and therefore is of excellent consistency. It has balanced delivery with a little bass boost, clean mids that aren't drowned out like many hybrids, and lively, detailed highs that never sizzle. Detail and clarity ensure excellent visualization, while discrete layers of instrumentation deliver a deep, rich soundstage. I play them balanced with the EarStudio ES100, which has a great EQ feature, and the Blon is extremely responsive to these settings, allowing you to tweak the V-profile with minimal distortion if needed. Rumor has it that the person who started Kanas Pro and Tanjim Oxygen, two reputable IEMs that cost 5x or 6x that, was also consulted when building Blon, and it shows. Good stuff and highly recommended!
