I have a 3X gray model, my height is between 6ft and 6ft 1in at 300# with a 44in waist and small tummy and after the first wash it's comfortable as expected. This is a good, pack-free hiking shirt with well-sewn seams, corduroy collar and sleeves, and a button placket attached. sewn first and better. After the first wash I lost enough in the sleeves to make it fit as expected but out of the box it was a bit big so I shrunk a bit. For the price it's a good value Ratio , and if it doesn't roll, it will make a world of difference over time.
