These cables will NOT fit the mid 60's shaped Mopar 383 that I have in my Sport Fury. They are at least 3-4 inches longer on each cylinder. They look great and match the Original Equipment harnesses better. I had 7mm, but had to get creative with the wire rods. It sucks for a car I'm building for a demo. Performance is as expected. My cables were old anyway, but I noticed more acceleration and a smoother idle. Again, I imagine every new harness would be the same. So here is what I propose. Before you go and post a message on this site, Summit Racing or any other site where you plan to sell your wire harness kits. Go into the automotive world and find the engines you designed your cables for and see if they REALLY fit! This way you can save a lot of waste per cable as I probably have 1 full length of extra cable between every 8 cylinders. Just stupid. This is NOT for the big block Mopar 383 cast in the mid 60's. Approved!
