Corks Don't Fit -- Not even one!

Nice jars but not a single cork will stay on to seal the jars. Maybe they are tapered too much, I don't know, but even a hammer with a board between the cork and my swing did nothing to keep the corks from popping open on the jars. Sooo disappointed. I returned them and am trying a different company!
