Setup couldn't be simpler. No downloads, updates, firmware. The instructions are clear but not necessary. I haven't tried movies or music videos yet because they're not my goal (I use them in TV and Firestick anyway). I needed a PC-to-TV for swing trading with lots of charts on my 65 inch Vizio. PC is old, 4GB RAM with Pentium processor @ 2.2GHz HP Pavilion. I see latency as an issue for gaming, but for my use it feels like a cursor is always catching up with the trackpad, but no more than a quarter second behind. No problem. My distance is about 22 feet, line site, but I've tried hiding the receiver behind the TV just to watch. It didn't matter so I left it there. This product is exactly what they say it is. A bit pricey but worth it for a hassle free experience. Well done.
