[Upgrade after four months of use] : Upgrade rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. After some use, the surfaces will become polished if used in hand, any wear from the factor will be very difficult to notice unless viewed up close. So for me it's no problem at all after using them. Even the sticker with the company logo isn't a problem if it's not attached, as one reviewer says. Because the logo sticker also comes off with use and leaves no residue. Once each screw in the center is adjusted to your liking, all of the dice spin very nicely in your hand. I love those! I'm not a speedcuber, I just like to solve them myself, looking for new combinations etc. Below is my first assessment: the cubes are good, but they are not properly tensioned from the factory. In my case the 2x2s were very loose and almost fell out of the corners when I pulled them. Others were also on the very loose side, to the point where bits pop out if you push hard enough not to rotate as well aligned. What some of the reviewers reported about what happened. Some reviewers here report that some of the dice were very difficult to spin, same problem. The voltage is not set correctly at the factory. But it's easy to fix. 2x2 and 4x4 have visible turnbuckles in the center of the cube faces. The 3x3 and 5x5 have mounting screws under the cap on each center panel. I have customized each cube to my liking with these screws and added some silicone grease, the results are very nice moving cubes! Interestingly, some of the cubes had screws of some kind of "Loctite" glue to prevent them from loosening. So the manufacturer paid attention to such details, but the production should have used better tension control. Maybe they should be torque wrench screwdrivers to use for the screws that would solve this problem.I read many reviews that the cubes were used and sent back.On receipt I also wondered if they were used or not, conclusion that they look old because:- They have industrial dust and dirt on them. This is partly due to the use of silicone grease which has dirt clinging to it. The plastic surfaces must have gone through some kind of metal tool, which leaves them with light scratches. After a few uses, none of this is visible. Turning the centers before use, you will have four very good dice !The Zuga be of silicone lube makes them even better!
