I bought this to hide my Apple TV behind my TV. I chose this strap specifically for the strap that came with it, as I wanted it to be able to be hung from my TV's brackets. At first I didn't understand the purpose of the magnets, and then when I had everything set up, I had an aha moment. Instead of mounting or even hanging your Apple TV, you can literally attach it completely with a magnet. My TV mount pops out of the console so it attaches perfectly with magnets. I hung the strap on the bracket (just in case). The Apple TV remote uses Bluetooth to connect, so you don't need line of sight. Hide this thing to your heart's content. I am very happy with it. Buy it if you have an Apple TV.
