I did my first DIY setup this weekend and decided (at the mechanic's recommendation) to use a magnetic bushing instead of a rubber bushing. As a few other reviewers pointed out, the stronger magnet in this socket makes attaching the plugs a bit of a hassle, but once in, those suction cups aren't going anywhere! Having never made plugs I can't comment on the use of this plug versus a rubber bushing, but removing the old plugs was an absolute breeze and I never felt like the plugs would fall out when getting in or out. The only downside I have that reflects another review is that the anti-theft plastic plug was very difficult to remove and I thought it would get stuck in there. A quality tool that I highly recommend if you are planning new spark plugs for your car!
