Excellent value with an easy to install LED taillight kit. Clear and bright light, not gaudy like some LEDs. Looks like it's made from quality parts and is as durable as the OEM. A clear improvement over the standard headlights. Installation took less than 1 hour with a Phillips screwdriver, 3/8" socket, wire stripper/pliers/pliers, 22 gauge splices (red), ring terminal, and electrical tape. The studs on the LED lights are slightly larger in diameter than the standard mounting studs, so the holes will need to be drilled a bit. The LED taillight wiring harness must be connected to the 3 corresponding cables of the factory wiring harness. I connected the new harness to the old tail light harness and then connected the newly modified harness to the factory body harness leaving both harness connectors intact. grounded/bolted to one of the mounting studs to provide the necessary grounding for the lights. The connections from the LED to the factory taillight harness are as follows: Taillight LED black wire goes to factory LED brake/turn signal white wire Red wire goes to Dark Green/Black StripeLED Yellow taillight wire goes to White/Black Factory StripeLED The white ground wire attaches to the taillight housing mounting stud with a ring terminal. be replaced. I used a $10 Novita EL12 electromechanical turn signal and it works like a factory turn signal.
