The product spilled in the bag because the lid was not screwed on. I paid $20 for half a bottle *UPDATE* So, along with buying the thinning cream (which I didn't even use because it was a mess, half faded and smelled awful), I also bought the trusty brown. Keep in mind that my dog was white before, so there's no excuse for that pigmentation, or pigmentation, I should say, because it's multiple shades. It's orange-purple with a *tint* of brown somewhere. He looks terrible. I don't know what world this company lives in, but it's clearly not a world where their definition of brown is the same as the color example. We have to shave it completely. The only good thing about this company is that things don't fade or disappear no matter how hard you try and wash. It was the most horrible experience and a waste of money.
