Yes this product is good BUT before you buy this protein powder it is important that you understand that the 50g protein per serving advertised by the manufacturer IS NOT what you might expect, at least for me. I tested this product with an accurate scale and compared its volume/protein ratio to other brands and here is what I found. First: Each serving contains 2 scoops of 41g each = 82g total powder. Note that "their scoop" is much larger than other brands (35g), in other words; YOU MUST FILL a jar with more powder if you want to get 50g of protein in your drink. or milk, otherwise a regular 10-12 ounce jar of this smoothie is the consistency of mashed potatoes. Finally, this is a good product. My problem is that if you want to get 50g of protein in one drink, every time you drink a "two measure" Muscle Milk protein shake, you get stomach enlargement, which I DON'T - I'm working hard on, mine controlling abs and making my stomach bigger also changes the amount of food my body has to eat to feel full (science) = I have to eat more to fill my enlarged stomach = more calories = You know the result. So it's not for me.
