Unfortunately, my experience shopping at Lureme's online store, where I was looking for some new jewelry pieces, was not nearly as satisfactory as I had hoped it would be. To begin, their purported "specialization" in providing jewelry for ladies fell short of expectations. The collection was small, lacked originality, and featured patterns that were out of date and unattractive, and it was not recommended for purchase. It seemed as though they were simply imitating current patterns rather than coming up with anything original. In addition, the overall quality of the merchandise was below average. The components were finished in a way that made it clear that the materials that were used were of low quality and had been poorly crafted. Knowing that the products would not be durable over time caused me to have second thoughts about making the purchase. To add insult to injury, the quality of the customer support was below average. When I contacted you with a question about a specific article, I had to wait days before receiving a response, and even then, the response was ambiguous and not very helpful. In conclusion, if you are looking for one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces that are of superior quality, I do not suggest shopping at the internet store owned by Lureme. The lackluster assortment, coupled with the unsatisfactory level of customer service, contributed to an overall disappointing experience.
