I bought it for my thighs because they rub against each other but looking at it I realized I can use it on other parts of my body, like a Waist, all you have to do is pull them together and then wrap them around your waist, or take them individually if you have fat in your upper arm and wrap them individually around each arm where I have lymphedema on my knees have the insides of the upper shins and knees because I bought compression knee pads but they were either tight or they slipped down when I pulled them up over my thighs so I take and wrap one around each leg if you don't have one you may need to ask someone to help you, but do not overtighten as you will cut off circulation in the legs. This is for people who have extra fat on their knees and thighs. I only keep it for a few kih hours, but it's very important. especially with jeans
