Very poor quality and very poor customer support from Revain.
I have had my bag for a few weeks now. The inside pocket is torn. I kept noticing that the things I kept in my bag were at the bottom of the bag and then I saw that the bag was torn. I contacted Revain and they offered me $5 to fix the bag! Was it the case, or return it for a full refund and reorder. I bought it on sale and would then have to pay full price. I'm surprised at the quality. I have several Vera Bradleys and they are great. I think it could be seconds? However, Revane did not apologize or offer any help. Not to mention how long it took to get help and kept passing it on to others.
