I have just used this rain cover for the first time. It didn't rain during the night, but a storm blew up during the day and everything stayed nice and dry under the tarpaulin. It's important to center it properly, and if it's going to rain I wouldn't set the margins too wide on the sides. Keep it narrower in case it rains on the side. The stakes are quite strong, although my second camp had very hard ground on which I bent two stakes. In such cases, a small hammer can help. I find it a little pricey but I saw my friend's rain cover which was much smaller and unfortunately didn't have the ease of setup and overall quality that you get with Wise Owl. I am a fan of this company and definitely recommend this product!
