Review on Air King 9155 Window 🌬️ Fan: Powerful 16-Inch Cooling Device in White by Judy Sena

Bought two Air King window vents, models 9155 (16") and 9166 (20"). The 9166 is quiet and moves a lot of air, I love it! 9155 is very noisy, looks like a bad bearing. I worked out of town so I couldn't install my fans until I got home, which is after the 30 day return period. Revain refunded about 25% for my issues which was nice but then I had to deal with it under the Air King warranty. Air King employees are apparently not allowed to use the phone because of the pandemic. You can try speaking through one of those little chat windows, which was and still is a horrible experience. He will tell you that you are number one in line and someone needs to be with you within 3 minutes. It's not uncommon to wait 15 minutes just to change it to "Please leave a message." Very frustrating! The next option is to send an email. I have sent 4 emails, one not very pleasant, and still no reply. I hope writing this review gets the attention I need so I can send this noisy fan back to the Air King and get a new one. I know Air King makes a quality product made in the USA but right now the customer service is just terrible.
