First off, I like the smoothness of this heatsink. There is nothing more beautiful and hidden. I'm from CoolerMasters, Thermaltakes, Noctuas. This one is good because it's sealed and blows air straight out of the case's rear fan (if you have a more common case layout). I compare this heatsink to the reference card's cooler because it keeps the air in one direction and most importantly prevents the rising GPU heat from coming into direct contact with the heatsinks (acting as a heat shield). Most radiators are generally uncased and open, allowing heat from below to mix directly with cold air entering the radiator. My only concern is that it's not easy to install. The width and height of the heatsink make it such a DIMM, and the graphics card (card) must pop out past the side panels and fans to access the screws. This will make me suspicious ahead of my next processor upgrade which I expect within a year.
