I’m so happy with this makes frying chicken so much easier in less time , temperature was very easy to control an easy to clean
Pros
- The size and quality of this unit makes it perfect for small restaurants and homes with 110v. Note: temperature is in Celsius.This fryer has separate power plugs for each side. If you use full power, due to the wattage amount, it is recommended that you plug in 2 separate wall outlets to make it work properly

- The deep fryer lacks safety features such as automatic shut-off, making it a potential fire hazard
