All in all it was a great costume for Halloween. The only part we didn't like was where the head was visible. It didn't fit well and it was uncomfortable for my daughter. She wore it most of the time during a trick or treat, but liked to take it off entirely because it was uncomfortable around her head, face, and neck. There was no clear way it could fit well. My daughter is relatively small for her age. So the size was right. She is 10 years old but weighs 52 pounds and is about the height of an average 6 to 7 year old.
