Pros: It's a slinky. A set of 3 contains three Slinkys in separate boxes. Go down the stairs, IF - the tread is not too wide and there is no loose-pile carpet. Typically, this slinky cannot jump far enough to keep moving and tends to cling to the fibers of the carpet. Considering it was priced at $1 in the '40s when the slinky was introduced, $10. The price for three is outrageous. Cons: This new "Original" slinky doesn't look like the original "Original". Although the box says it is original, the 1945 version only had 98 spools, this one only 72 spools. This limits the "action" quite a bit. True "Original" SIZE is 2 3/4" in diameter and 2 1/16" in height. Held and hung at one end, it stretches up to 43 inches. This is not the same as the inventor intended. SHAME.
