These $45 tires are a steal. These are my XC front and rear tires. I've ridden them thousands of miles and never had any issues, they're fast enough for road cyclists to take on tarmac/gravel and grippy enough for moderate technical trails and dirt. Some reviewers complain that the tire doesn't seat on the rim and give them a bad rating? It's a problem not knowing what you're doing, not a tire problem, just google how to do it, you just need some soapy water and a CO2 compressor or cartridge. It literally takes two minutes if you have the tools and know the procedure.
