Review on πŸ–₯️ CKL Triple Monitor DisplayPort KVM Switch 2 Port 4K 60Hz 4:4:4, 2x3 DP KVM Switch with Audio, USB 2.0 HUBs (Model: CKL-623DP) by Eric Williamson

Big old paperweight, forget the 4K

623DP sold by "Revain.com Services LLC" for $389 custom gaming PC and a Lenovo laptop in a docking station for work. For the past few years I've hooked them up to a triple monitor system with two 2160p60 displays on the sides of a 1080p240 screen. To switch between them I had to manually switch StarTech's dual port dual monitor KVM display for 4K displays and toggled the middle display between HDMI (laptop) and DisplayPort and then finally switched the USB 3.0 port switches for my peripherals. I was hoping that this KVM from CKL would allow me to turn on all three screens, a KVM with a wired remote no less, and also control my peripherals. No matter what cable, port combo, or connection I use, I've never been able to get my average monitor to even wake up from standby mode. My side monitors worked, but only at 1440p60, with one of the two constantly flickering. I made sure all the cables were ok and there were no issues connecting directly or using the old KVM. I've also tried multiple power supplies, rearranged ports and cables, bought different adapters, and even bought a portable monitor to test. Probably 2/3 of the time I couldn't show anything at all. Definitely not worth the price.
