Here is the size: I wear 11 in Crocs, Sketchers and Timberland. 12 in Adidas, Nike, NB sneakers. Merrell I wear 11.5. These sizes are the same as Merrells to me. 11.5 fits me perfectly. The outsole and inlay are great. . I love the fact that they have a minimal heel to toe heel. I don't like lifting my heel. I got them for work as I work in the medical field and am always on my feet. They offer support and a grounded feeling. I don't like clogs and some well known brands have lower quality and manufacturing standards. So I took a chance with this company. Before you buy, consider a few things: Wool is very cool, but feels fragile. For my purposes of wearing indoors to reduce wear and tear on my legs and knees this would be perfect. I wouldn't wear them in mud and snow around town and expose them to mud and inclement weather. They can't seem to handle it. They are also very warm. I will hide them until December-March. Too hot for summer. Anyone who has a soft spot for cold feet will love them because they are very cuddly. If you get hot, they will quickly overheat you. Overall happy with my purchase. I hope they produce a solid full grain Timberland leather shoe built around this amazing combination of sole inserts. Those would be my dream shoes.
