I just purchased these and put them together this weekend! I found them to be very user-friendly. The durability is as advertised (so far).I tried not to put anything over 10lbs on these shelves (I did on the bottom shelves since they are basically on the ground. I'm using them in my office/craft room and they have helped to tidy things up quite well. I only used three towers of 5 in my craft room. with the leftover materials, I was able to almost make a 4 stack high tower for another location. I was missing one black panel for the top.but the doors are versatile enough that I just used a door for the top (I don't plan to put anything up there.if you were, then this probably wouldn't be a good idea.
