Review on MaxFlow Submersible Pumps: Unleashing Unmatched Efficiency for Water Solutions by Duane Mejia

I have read the Truaqua and Aquatop product specifications. He stated that this product has a 3/4" inlet and a 3/4" outlet. There were also two different images, one with smaller pumps and the other with larger pumps. There was no way of telling what the product was other than the specs on the websites. Upon receipt, it turned out that the head was 1/2". In addition, there is no picture of the flow chart at different heights, only the maximum head is indicated there as 5'6". There is a flow chart on the box, but at 4ft 8in there is almost no flow. When I asked to return an item due to an incorrect description, TruAqua referred me to Aquatop and took no responsibility for the return. The factory gave me an RMA, but I had to pay shipping. Usually I could figure it out, but this product wasn't exactly as described, they had to pay shipping.
