Good pump, a little bigger than expected

I like the pump. He does exactly what he promised. Depending on how you connect and hang it, it can move a lot of water. Relatively quiet, but quite large. They added a large foam pre-filter and housing. You need a bit of plumbing knowledge to make a connection, but I found it easy. Pump to the koi pond this spring. Good product.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Volume

The pump is bad. Suitable for aquarium pumps and filters

Pump pumps water silently. The supplied accessories do not fit at all. It's like along with this pump they added random parts they found on the floor (I had to return one because the first one didn't work and the second one came with the same mismatched parts). The size is small which is good for what I used it for. I would not recommend this product as all the parts will not fit on it or get lost in such a way that the hose keeps falling off.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Empty

It can only last six months.

This is a normal pump. I have a 75 gallon Fowler installed in my sump with the return pump. The pump failed after about 6 months. It started locking up and even tripped my switch after I cleaned it well and tried again. If my system wasn't already set up for this pump I would probably look for another brand to replace it. Since my main return pump failed, I ordered another one through Amazon for a quick replacement. If I didn't have a basic membership with free and fast shipping, I would order…

Quiet pump works well so far

I have had several pumps from this range but this is the largest pump I have won. So far it has worked very well in my reef tank. I was a bit surprised by the size of the exit port. I was expecting 3/4" but it's larger. It looks like the instructions swapped the inlet and outlet sizes. However, I was able to use adapters to connect it. Increased back pressure. I have two Aquatop pumps , which are a couple years old and they continue to run well (475g/h) The 997g/h I model dropped out probably…

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Upgradeable

I have to admit that this is my first time using a water pump. The pump itself seems strong for its size. But the instruction manual is almost useless. There is no information about the functions of the accessory, let alone how to use it. I went to their website and they have the same instructions as in the box. I've tried everything and every way imaginable, there are still a few accessories that couldn't be used. I was able to connect the hose, but since there is no cap or anything to cover…

  • Nice package

Update description and photo

I have read the Truaqua and Aquatop product specifications. He stated that this product has a 3/4" inlet and a 3/4" outlet. There were also two different images, one with smaller pumps and the other with larger pumps. There was no way of telling what the product was other than the specs on the websites. Upon receipt, it turned out that the head was 1/2". In addition, there is no picture of the flow chart at different heights, only the maximum head is indicated there as 5'6". There is a flow…
