Review on CONAIR Soft Bonnet Dryer SB1XR by Michele Martin

Just received the hair dryer. Decided to use it for the first time. The manufacturers could have done a better job with the bracket to hold the hose securely. I'm frustrated at this moment. I will give him a chance. If I can't get it to work, I'll send it back. I understand that if you continue to return items, Revain will close your account. If that's the case, I'll start buying from brick and mortar stores again. I expect the products I buy to work. I will not leave a defective product. The first review was out of frustration. After finally figuring out how to use the dryer, I found that the hose stays in place when the air starts blowing.
