This product is excellent in many ways. I gave him 5 now. This may change in 6 months depending on my next dentist visit. Overall this appears to be a good product. I have no problems with "non-users". The button is sensitive, so don't touch it until you're ready to fire. You can choose between 1, 2 and 3 packages. I've only used a good quality mouthwash with it and it seems to be doing the job well. I only have a problem with filling the tank. This forces you to open the door, hold the unit level with the counter, and then refill it. It's a bit difficult to tell if it's full and if it's easy to spill. It would be better if it could be filled in some other way, but that would require a lot of rework. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied. I will let you know in 6 months if my dentist is happy!
