I bought it for my two great granddaughters (almost 3 years and almost 18 months). They had an actual dog and then their mother sold it so I bought these because they didn't need to be fed but they barked and walked and stretched and wagged their tails. They were very happy, called them and do not lose interest in them. They use up a lot of batteries because they don't like turning them off.
