I bought this for my 04 Sierra 1500 SLT 2wd Extended Cab. If you are looking at this part then most likely your brake lines are rusted and you destroyed some of the aluminum threads while removing one or more of the old fittings. At least that's why I had to replace mine. The seller wanted over four hundred dollars for this unit and I saved a lot of money on Amazon. When I called the dealer parts department they gave me the GM number I needed to buy and Revain had it in stock for sale. It screwed right in, took the ABS module and screwed in the brake fittings with ease. I went from a non-working, rusted system that drained my battery to a brand new braking system with lines that will never rust. My brake rebuild consisted of the following items: 5 new brake hoses purchased from Revain. That pressure valve is AGS' new EZ-Fit NiCopp Brake Line Kit (cool, btw, since they already have fittings and are cut to length) ABS module that I sent in for repair for seventy-five dollars. (The ABS light is no longer lit!) Since I haven't driven a truck for a long time, I also installed new pads and discs. The result is a braking system that acts like a new car, stopping the truck quickly and not dragging it. general.
