Poor quality straps
What a disappointment! The backpack is a great color and has all the pockets you could want, but the straps broke after 3 days! My daughter went to school this Monday November 2nd and today November 6th the straps snapped. We can use the handle to turn around. The backpack came with an extra set of straps, suggesting the manufacturer is aware of the poor quality of the straps, but we won't risk them. My daughter was very upset and is now upset. I don't recommend if you want to use straps.
