This is a quality adapter at a great price! This relieves stress on the RV connector by orienting the cable at a 90 degree angle. I wanted to be able to use a 30A extension cord instead of pulling out a heavy 50A cord when camping. At 50A, no maintenance is required as we only have one AC unit. By connecting a 30A/15A adapter to a 30A plug, I can use a powerful 15A power strip when plugged into the house to charge the battery and power my fridge. This further reduces the risk of theft of the 30A extension cord! Good product!
