Disappointing Tool for Seafood Prep
Based on my observations, this gadget is poorly designed and difficult to use. The instructions are unclear, making it frustrating to figure out how to use it properly. The only positive is that it is made of stainless steel, so it won't rust easily. However, this is overshadowed by the fact that it just doesn't work as advertised. Save your money and stick to the traditional knife and cutting board method.
- Efficiently removes veins and scales from seafood, making the cleaning process faster and easier.
- Requires some learning curve to use effectively and may accidentally damage the seafood if not used properly.
