Bought 4 of these, installed them (with screws) on my bed and some walls so our bedrooms had sockets for charging phones etc. It was a real disappointment. All 4 hold the AC plugs loosely, meaning anything plugged into them will fall out with little to no effort. The USB DC ports are fine. The entire device makes a piercing tone and changes frequency when different USB devices are connected. It's very annoying in the middle of the night when everything else is quiet and you can hear this whistling like morse code. Unfortunately none of these errors were detected until after the 30 day return period had passed. They most likely end up in the garbage.
