There are no issues with the quality of the converter itself since it is only a 5V 1.5A round plug. The battery compartment of the remote control was too narrow and the batteries were quite difficult to remove, just remove your fingers. will use the device with all component video cables. So far I've only tested with PS2, but it was mostly plug and play, the video came out immediately after selecting YpbPr on the remote, and adjusting the image to my liking was easy enough. I assume the SNES and Wii are similar. I haven't noticed any video output incompatibility on either my LG 4K monitor or my old Samsung FHD TV.
