Review on Preferred Transcriptions by Brandon Wynen

I love that we have access 24/7 with our accounts manager who can answer all of my questions immediately! The turnaround time from initial request through final delivery has been very quick which makes it easy when you need something as soon as possible (i am working in an emergency department). There are times where there does not seem much improvement after submitting another transcript or correction but this could be due more so than what i'm doing wrong here? Just keep at it - they will get better!! That being said their customer service team was amazing throughout every step along way helping me resolve issues quickly without question about anything related directly relating back into how transcripts were created etc..
