A must for ABS lovers

If you are a 3D printer, you know two things. Firstly, it takes 40 hours to set up each printer properly, and secondly, the first layer of everything. If you get the first, second, and third layers right, the rest of the print follows. Carefully. predictable. May I say: consistently? The BuildTak tax and subsequent bed leveling is only a small price to pay for prints that last predictably. Now I only print ABS, so the heating of the beds, but that's a cat's meow. "The BuildTak layer costs bite, but not for long; skipping the 18 hour print will result in holes in the drywall - an expensive proposition!"
