*TLDR:* excellent screen protector for iPhone 11 Pro. great customer service. The black outline doesn't hide or spoil my experience with the phone - makes it smoother with the phone. 100% definitely recommend and will buy again! Full Story: I don't usually write reviews, but I'm the type of person who reads reviews like crazy before making a purchase. This company offered a great product and excellent customer service so I wanted to recommend them and share the details I was looking for when looking for screen protectors. I've used various screen protectors on older iPhones for years, and they've proven to be a godsend for preventing cracks in the glass of the phone itself, or at least absorbing most of the shock. I also noticed that my new phone's screen was riddled with small dents and scratches from the keys in my pocket, so I wanted it as soon as possible. 11 Pro and I originally bought the TETHYS Glass Screen Protector for iPhone 11 Pro/iPhone Xs (packed in 3 pack) (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D6XR7FM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00 ?ie=UTF8&psc= 1).Reading the reviews of the TETHYS product, I looked for the following features of the product in order of priority: - full screen coverage (no cutout for the front camera, provides more protection and looks smoother) - the black border does not cover any Part of the screen (helps the screen protector look more seamless) - comes with several screen protectors, in case one rips on arrival of the TETHYS product I didn't actually put the screen protector on because I could just tell when you put it on laying my phone, the black outline will obscure part of the phone screen. I returned it and read more reviews, specifically looking for "iPhone 11 Pro" and with "black border". I stumbled upon a reviewer who tried several black outline screen protectors. She recommended several screen protectors and found that the black bar on this one had no noticeable effect on phone usage. I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did! * APPLICATION + CUSTOMER SERVICE * The application was easy. I've used so many of these over the years that's why I didn't use the plastic splint that came with it. I tried but it seemed like it was more difficult than just holding my breath and applying gently with no guidance like I usually do lol. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was 3 noticeable dust particles that got under the screen during application and created 3 small air pockets where the dust particles were. I emailed customer service immediately and they sent me a replacement with no questions asked! I dropped my phone several times while waiting for a replacement (only on hard laminate, no big deal) and the screen protector saved it! In the first 3 photos you can see the dust particles that created air bubbles in the first screen app as well as the large crack I got when I dropped my phone while waiting for a replacement to arrive in the mail. *USE + FEEL* - screen protector does not affect screen sensitivity - you can feel the screen if you swipe up from the bottom of the phone - there is nothing you can do about it if you want a screen protector on your phone - full -screen coverage + black border gives the impression that there is not even a protective film! *ATTACHED PHOTOS* 1. First use: dust/air bubbles, phone drop crack2. first application: different corner of the phone3. Protective film removed with tear 4. Side by side of the phone without protective film and with one. on the left side of the phone right after I removed the cracked screen protector. You can see the real phone screen is not cracked! On the right side I stuck a replaceable protective film that was sent to me by post5. The screen protector fits in my phone case6. I had a few specks of dust under the case on this application, but this time there were no air bubbles, so I don't mind because it's less noticeable7.
