I ordered 40 solutions for a foot length of 25.5 cm, they sent 39. I didn’t return it, I gave it to my sister, it’s good that her leg is smaller than mine. I want to reorder, but I'm afraid to get again. I know that the shoes are definitely small in size, as I previously bought these for my son (I wore them at the military department for 3 years and were not torn at the training camp), his foot length was 29 cm, I bought him size 46 in the store, maybe 45 was small.
