Arrived with a defect - no reply from Phomemo
From the start my new Phomemo printer produced prints that faded towards the right side of the paper. I have replaced the roll that went into the printer with a new Phomemo roll ordered at the same time and the print comes out on the right side still faded. Five days ago I emailed Phomemo about this issue and asked if the printer was defective, but received no response. I don't live in a tropical climate. I will not wait any longer for an answer and will exchange the printer. If the new one works properly I will upgrade this rating from one star.
