Lightweight and easy to carry and store, slightly flexible
I needed a compact ladder that could reach the eaves of our two story home. It meets all requirements. It is made of aluminum and is very comfortable to use. You have to make sure your fingers aren't in the wrong place when you pull it back. The only downside is that it flexes for me when fully extended. Ultimately, it's very durable, but the flex is confusing for someone who doesn't like standing on stairs. The weight limit is 250 pounds and I'm 230, so I'm getting a little closer.
