Functionally, it works 100% normal. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars (which would actually be 4.5 if I could) is because I wish it had an indicator other than the red/green Sveta. I wish it had a display or even just more than one so I can understand how much charge my moped has without turning the moped on. For example, even just 4 LEDs that can represent 24%, 50%, 75% and 100% would be fine. BUT, that's just my 2 cents. It works 100% well, I had no problems except a noisy fan.
