I like how easy it can be updated from anywhere (even my phone). It seems fairly straightforward once used but there are still some things which could improve navigation or make certain tasks easier/more efficient. Very simple software! Once installed we were able solve our approval issues very quickly. We had never worked through this type of system before so they were great at guiding us throughout the whole setup phase to find out what could best fit into our business model. The only downside was when creating different roles within approvals those permissions would sometimes get lost if someone changed their role mid-process causing delays while manually sorting back through previous steps and checking it's correct again. Overall working together has saved our day by giving immediate input where others have been reluctant to go ahead until everything was perfect but now we're getting constant updates straight away ensuring no errors slip past. A lot less paperwork required than doing individual emails one after another - quicker turnaround times allowing much earlier progress reports for each stage of development. I like how easy it is to use! I also love how quick it is to create documents. And I really appreciate how simple it is to share them with others. I wish there were more templates out there. I would say that the interface could be a little bit more user friendly. It takes some practice but once you figure it out it's great! We are using it to keep track of our proposals and we have been able to get so much done in such a short amount of time!
