I bought them for swimming. Lately we've been having trouble flushing water out of our ears after swimming. I hope to use them to avoid ear infections in the future. We tried them in the shower and they worked great. The ears were dry afterwards. They were easy to install and she could still hear. She was afraid she wouldn't be able to hear it. I had concerns about the size. She is 7 years old, size above average and size 2 fits perfectly. We're going to try them tomorrow in the swim lesson and I'll update the information. Post-swimming lesson update: They did great in the pool. I stayed, it was comfortable, ears were dry. Highly recommended.
