Great product! The delivery was quick and so was the customer service. I lost my guide and they helped me at lunch! The kit includes a charging cable, battery and connection cables so you can start using the camera right away and download it to your computer or TV. The quality is very nice! I'm currently using it for home videos and I highly recommend it. The sound is also very pleasant. Again, I highly recommend this and any issues you have will be happy to solve, as will mine :) There are other little notes that I really like too. The menu is easy to use and has multiple functions depending on usage. I mainly use it for videos, but it can also take photos and selfies. There are several features to help you create the perfect image they are. Not only is there a guide to help you do this, but the screen tells you which buttons to use (e.g. to pause a video, you need to press the button to take a picture, the screen tells you this). Finally, I absolutely adore the cute welcome and shutdown features. Start and finish your work beautifully! PS, a note on cameras in general and how this camera handles it: many cameras have a white screen issue. Rest assured that the camera works great and you can keep recording and sharing videos. There's a band inside that allows you to view videos on the screen, and it's just a little loose. If you feel like you need to open the screen to reinstall it, the screws are next to the "FullHD" label. You can turn it sideways to reveal tiny screws. However, keep in mind that you most likely don't need to do this, and I still recommend not doing it. Tampering with the mechanics can damage the camera if the problem is not severe. This can most likely be fixed by simply flipping the screen and turning it on and off again. I've done this several times and it has never let me down. The white screen only affects startup. If your camera starts normally, it will work as long as you use it.
