I have a heavy metal tester (TDS meter). The spring water was tested at 680, which is a very high value. I live in an area of Houston where the water quality is poor. For comparison, when I lived in Minnesota, the average tap water was around 250-400. With the FEELSO shower head filter, the water tests are 620. That's not a big difference AT ALL. Chlorine smell has been reduced, so I have a feeling this slight change in meter testing could be due to the lower chlorine level/softened water. Also, there really isn't much of a difference and I wouldn't recommend buying it for heavy metal removal as it doesn't meet that requirement. It is very disappointing that this brand claims their product does what it doesn't. I would be fed up with such products because there seem to be many products on Revain with such false claims. Please repair your product or stop selling it as a whole because it is junk. Unless you want to buy it for just five different shower head settings, it's useless.
