The customer support team was very helpful when I first started using OpenVPMS, but we haven't been able to get any help from them recently (almost two years). That said, they did respond quickly once I posted my question about an error message in the system. This was not something I had found elsewhere online or through Google searches - it turned out to be a problem with my computer's antivirus software! It solved itself after being uninstalled with no effect on my other programs. At least, that's what happened for me. We have tried several different applications over the past few years; this one has performed best so far. As mentioned above, our main issue at the moment is getting assistance.
