None of these things matter if the cable in your machines keeps breaking, here's a tip: heat a 1/16 steel paper clip or something some. and melt on the back of the broken part in the hardware, let it dry, and then slowly pull it out. You may need to drill a micro hole in the broken part with a dremel. Good luck first, don't buy
